G'day All. Sometimes we just get lucky with the weather. After the rain the previous week I didn't hold out much hope of holding this event. Fortunately the weather Gods were on our side and it turned out a good day.
Twenty seven members attended the event. A warm welcome to new members Howard and Louise Edmonds to their first event. This was quite a good turn out and it was good to welcome back a few members that have been absent due to health problems.
It was the first outing for our new portable Pergola and I think it will come in handy for BBQ's and Happy hours. Nice and light and easy to erect and pull down.
It was good to catch up with fellow members as we had not held a rally since May due to Ellenborough being rained out.
I think that everyone that attended enjoyed the day.
Bookings for the Belmont Rally in August have closed and we have handed unwanted sites back to the Park. If you have had a change of plans and want to attend you would not now get a waterfront site.
As we were unable to find a Safari/Rally Leader for September it has been decided to go to Ellenborough 16th to 18th September and Doug Magennis has kindly put his hand up for Rally Leader. Thanks Doug. We do not need to book for this event but do need numbers for catering purposes as it is our intention to put on breakfast on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Also please check your diaries for Woolgoolga Rally 14th - 17th Oct ( sites have been tentatively booked to 20th for those that may want to stay for the week).
AND Budgewoi Rally 4th -7th November.
Quite a number of members have already booked for the Xmas Rally 2nd - 5th December, so if you want a pick of the sites it may pay to get in soon.
Keep those wheels turning.
