Newsletter 2011. 1

G'day all. What a great start to the New Year. Thirty people at the Bar-B-Q at Telegraph Point in January and then 30 people (inluding 2 couples that are prospective new members)at the Mylstom Rally. Our membership now stands at 34 Vans or 67 people. We would probably have to stay at a showground if everyone turned up for a Rally.

The Mylstome Rally was a great event ( see Alan and Anne's report below). Congratulations to all those who made salads, sweets and cheese plates, it was a feast.

We have 7 Vans going on the Broken Hill/South Australia Safari starting 7 March and there are 16 Vans booked for the Celtic Festival Rally at Glen Innes at the end of April.

Quite a number of members are also showing interest in the Rally at Ellenborough Reserve in June. If you haven't done much free camping and would like to give it a go you still have plenty of time to make modifications to your van for free camping.

A REMINDER. To all dog owners. Acceptance of dogs is at the discretion of the Park owners and as such is a 'privilege' and not a 'right'. So that we can continue to take our dogs with us it is important that we obey any rules set down by the Parks. Please comply with ALL these rules.

Ros and I are going on the Safari so we will catch up on our return about 6th April.

Keep those wheels turning.

Cheers for now. John.
